PLEASE NOTE:
You can suspend your membership for up to 6 weeks per year without question. For all direct debit payment suspensions you are required to give us 7 days notice.
- You are required to provide a start and end date for your suspension before it will be actioned. Failure to do so will result in the request being denyed.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process.
- We cannot backdate any suspension requests. You must request a suspension in advance.
- In the case of exceptional medical, travel or hardship circumstances, an extended suspension may be granted upon providing us with proof (such as supporting documents) to our reasonable satisfaction. We will not charge you for this extended suspension.
- An immediate suspension can be requested in the case of exceptional medical, travel or hardship circumstances with supporting documents (such as a medical certificate) if this is the case, please contact the studio DIRECTLY.
