New Starters

You get started by grabbing the 14 DAY INTRO OFFER FOR $14 either on our website or on the ‘F45 Training App’ on your mobile phone. Simply choose Woolloomooloo studio, create your account and choose 14 Day Experience on the payment screen. Then you are ready to book into classes and get going.

No, we do not offer free trials here anymore. The 14 Day Intro Offer gives you the opportunity to try for a fraction of the cost.

If you are just visiting the area and would like to get in some training while you are away we are very happy to have you along. We offer both single sessions and 10 classes passes on our BUY SERVICES section of the F45 Training App.

Once you have signed up with a 14 day pass to book into your first class use our self check-in app… here’s how:

  1.   Download our ‘F45 Training’ App onto your mobile phone.
  2.   Select Australia, NSW and F45 Training Woolloomooloo as your training location.
  3.   Log in using the details you set-up to create this profile (see details above if you have forgotten).
  4.   Check in to the classes that you would like to attend.

The foods you consume prior to your workouts can affect the quality of that session. The more energy you have during your session the harder you will push yourself and effectively the more calories you will burn. This is why choosing the right pre-workout snack is very important for increasing fat burn. The nutrients of focus for fuelling your body correctly are things like B vitamins, magnesium and iron. 

Refuelling your body after a workout is also necessary for replenishing glycogen depleted stores, stimulating muscle growth and repairing damaged muscle tissue. Muscle synthesis (growth) is dependent on certain nutrients to support this function and prevent protein breakdown within the muscles instead. The most important things to bring are a water bottle and a towel – you will sweat!!

We recommend you wear light clothing you can move around in and a good pair of joggers.

We are located on the lower ground floor of 100 William St Woolloomooloo. Entry to the gym is through the side doors along the building driveways and down the stairs.

Public transport is the best way to get to us. However, there is also street parking along Crown St, Cathedral St and Bourke St and parking stations close by.

We have 7 showers/change rooms

Information for people thinking about joining

We offer 3, 6, and 12 month minimum contracts and fully flexible no contract memberships. All our memberships include:

  • UNLIMITED access to all F45 Woolloomooloo classes
  • No joining fee
  • Nutrition and meal planning
  • Access to the best coaches in the business

Unfortunately not. We are all independently owned. You will need to find out the terms of your agreement. Simply send them an email to find out.

Of course! To put your membership on pause please email your start and end date of your freeze period to: woolloomooloo.admin@f45training.com.au

There are a couple of things that you need to know:

  • We do not do indefinite pauses. We need an end date for your pause period.
  • There is no retrospective pausing (i.e. suspensions cannot be back dated)
  • We require 2 weeks notice via email 
  • Minimum pause period is 1 week
  • In any 12-month period you may freeze your Membership for up to 3 months.

If your agreement is for a fixed minimum term, it will automatically continue after the end of that term unless you tell us in writing at any time (but at least 14 days) before the end of the term that you wish for the membership not to continue.

To cancel your membership, we require 2 weeks notice via email.

If you are in a minimum term agreement a cancellation fee is payable if you want to cancel your membership before the end of the term of your agreement. It is an amount equal to 50% of the balance of your Fees for remainder of the fixed term of your Agreement. Remember that pause periods do not count towards your minimum contract period.

Our minimum term contracts are:

  • 3 months (13 weekly payments)
  • 6 months (26 weeking payments)
  • 12 months (52 weekly payments)

No, the fixed term does not include pause periods and is for a set number of payments as per below:

  • 3 months – 13 payments
  • 6 months – 26 payments
  • 12 months – 52 payments

If you change contracts then the first payment signifies the start of a new brand membership contract. The full conditions of that membership contract apply including the contract term from the beginning of this new contract period.

The F45 challenge is designed to give you “life changing” results, in an environment that is insanely innovative and motivating.

The F45 Challenge has been developed specifically to help you increase lean muscle and reduce body fat percentage over the 8 week period. You will not only be in the best shape of your life, but will feel amazing inside and out!

To support you during the Challenge, our dedicated F45 nutrition team provide weekly meal plans with delicious mainstream and vegetarian recipes specific for males and females. There are weekly video blogs, articles and educational seminars to help keep you motivated and on track every step of the way.

  1. The first step? Let the coaches know! We are always so excited to hear when someone is signing up for the challenge
  2. Download the F45 Challenge App, available now in the app store, it includes all the meal plans and recipes, and heaps of advice for the challenge
  3. Take your before photos & scans – so important so see how far you have come in the end
  4. Check the meal calendar for the next week and prepare – go shopping over the weekend and start meal prepping for the week ahead
  5. Log in daily to tick off your goals
  6. Plan your F45 Training sessions – ideally 5 to 6 a week
