Membership suspension or termination
F45 understand that from time to time you may not be able to train due to holidays, rest periods, becoming sick or injured or wish to cancel your membership altogether. Written notice must be provided at least 14 days prior to the date you are requesting to suspend or cancel your membership, via email to rockinghambeach@f45training.com.au. The following rules apply to suspensions and cancellations:
Suspensions: Memberships can be suspended at any time. 14 days minimum suspension six week maximum suspension each calendar year. Suspensions cannot be backdated or carried over and pro-rata suspensions are not allowed (i.e. outside of the normal billing cycle).
Terminations: Cancel anytime, minimum 14 days notice.
If you choose to cancel your membership whilst suspended you will incur an admin fee equal to 14 days (2 weeks) of membership fees.
Fees: A joining fee of $99 applies to all memberships unless otherwise waived by Management. Regardless of the
membership option taken a cancelation fee of $250 or 50% of the remaining contract value (whichever is less) is payable.
An exit fee does NOT apply under the following circumstances: Navy personnel are exempt; and Sickness/Injury resulting in not being able to train for remainder of contract (must provide Doctor’s certificate). Moving more than 20km away from studio.
Rollover of membership: After the initial period of the agreed membership option (ie. 3, 6 or 12 months), you
understand the same membership option will renew and your debits will continue for the renewed period of time (ie. 3, 6 or 12 months). Each rollover period constitutes a new contract and is subject to cancellation terms and fees. Membership rollover will continue until you give F45 Training Rockingham Beach 14 days written notice of your intent to cancel the membership. An exit fee may apply as stated above in Fees, unless otherwise stated or waived by Management. If you do not do this, you agree that the automatic payments will continue until you provide F45 Training Rockingham Beach a cancellation request in writing. You acknowledge that you have been given the option of choosing a membership billing cycle and agree to this payment cycle for the entire membership agreement term or alternatively pre-pay for your entire membership. We may terminate or suspend access to our products and service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease
immediately.
