A membership cancellation fee is payable if you want to cancel your Membership for your convenience during the term of your contract agreement. The cancellation fee amount is equal to 50% of the balance of your membership fees for the remainder of the fixed term of your contract. Any and all Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing with a minimum of 30 days’ notice using the F45 Cancellation Form.
Membership can be canceled at any time with Military relocation orders, no cancellation fee is required. Please upload your documents below.
